Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Formerly, the mouse scroll wheel would zoom in and out, and after a second of zooming out, go to the map level. Now it no longer goes to the map level.

Can you replicate the issue?

I have the same problem in the GOG version (1_5_fuglesang_1011166_55908).
