Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have a "mole hole" unrepairably built. Because of an in game earthquake, I needed 100 concrete blocks to repair it. I had those stored and the drones delivered them, but it keeps telling me that 100 concrete blocks are needed, therefore, repairing doesn't work (the status bar is empty and it says "the building is 0% deteriorated").
There are 2 "Triboelectric Scrubber" signs next to the mole hole, perhaps the game is bugged.

I tried destroying and re-building the Mole Hole, but I can't do that (I can only build it 1 time).
Edit: i can rebuild it now, I don't know what happened last time.

I tried turning off the Triboelectric Scrubbers and the Mole Hole, and setting it to the maximum priority, but the drones just ignore it

Can you replicate the issue?

Marsquake event: choose deliver 100 concrete blocks

Looking at the save I don't see any issue? It built up the required amount and repaired it.

Yeah there's no progress bar and it takes awhile for 100 concrete to be delivered. Also turn the building back on, they won't deliver if it's turned off.

You were right, after awhile the drones started derlivering concrete to the building! Thank you so much.
