Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
A metals extractor that was working fine until the latest update is now 'out of reach of domes' and is not working. The extractor shows people in it but the 'buildings not working' message keeps telling me it's not working.
The extractor is at the far edge of the dome area of effect but everything was fine until the new update.
Can you replicate the issue?
Since I have only one saved game that I can access right now, I have no means to check this on another saved game.
If you're asking if restarting the game changes this the answer is 'no', it doesn't.
