Missing access to bonus content

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'm not sure if this is an actual bug or if it's something I'm doing wrong, but I bought the digital deluxe edition, and it says I should have access too the bonus in game radio channel Quantum Sonics and also the Metropolis Building Set and Onyx Housing Skins I don't seem to have them. Unsure why. I am signed into my paradox account in game, if that matters, and my steam library shows I have the deluxe version upgrade pack installed.

Can you replicate the issue?

I had this on day 1, I couldn't see the radio station, it's there now though.

The skins are also available for me (I think), at the very least, clicking the skin toggle button on buildings / pipes etc does actually change the skin.

I'd have perhaps liked a dropdown or something to select the specific skin by name.

I am seeing some of the skins. I can see some of the building skins and can see the radio station but I can't change the rocket skin. Not sure what all other skins I should be seeing.

I was able to gain access to my bonus content by uninstalling the digital deluxe dlc package then re-installing it.
