Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After getting and installing the new dlc and after the update green planet and my other dlc dont seem too be working at all japan sponsor is also not showing up and i have uninsalled and reinstalled both the game and the dlc

Can you replicate the issue?
yes all i have to do is start the game and none of the dlc is working

I’m also having same issue. DLC shows as installed, but it is not recognised by the game. Green Planet Plus is showing for sale in store - could the game be looking for this new(?) dlc?

You have to completely uninstall and reinstall the game and all dlc that should work seeing that it worked for me

This kind of worked. I was able to start a brand new game with access to all the DLC, but unfortunately I was not able to access my existing save game which also used the same DLC - which was a bit disappointing as I had almost managed to survive mars and make it green again. Guess I'll have to start again now.

Okay I got the game and several of the DLC (Green Planet and Underground) from Xbox PC game pass and the DLC's are not showing at all? I take it this never got figured out.

This thread is about the game on an Xbox console, not the PC/Xbox app edition. And it's over 3 years old!

Do these DLCs show in your Xbox account online as owned? Or still available to purchase?

How about in the Xbox app itself?

They show as owned. But I do not see the addons in the game.

Then I guess they really should be there, although it is up to MS/Xbox to get content from your account into your game installation.

How are you determining they are not there? IIRC the game does not explicitly display what DLCs are in effect, you have to check in places in the game like what countries are available to sponsor the expeditions.


Also, the issue could be related to the MS limit of 10 devices per account. To resolve this, can you remove any old and unused devices from the account?
