Negative values when building shuttles and more shuttles than allowed

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After I got the tech for building additional four shuttles, in two of my shuttle hubs I got negative values for the total number of shuttles to build and the required resources.
Further I have more shuttles than allowed (12/10 and 13/10).
Can you replicate the issue?
Not tested yet. But I think it is possible to occur for some of the hubs in each new game.
