No rain + Spheres mystery countdown and Cold wave pop up stuck

I made a colony and it currently has 84% atmosphere, 74% temperature, 78% water and 19% vegetation. I've also done the cloud seeding expedition multiple times but I have never had any rain. Not even toxic rain.
In my save I had the spheres mystery that I have finished but in the top right there are two pop ups stuck that I had with the spheres mystery. The first one is the Spheres mystery countdown, it is stuck on 100% and I cant remove it. The second one is the cold wave pop up, that came with the last stage of the mystery. It says time remaning: unknown and I cant remove that pop up aswel. There is no cold wave anymore though. It disappeared after I destroyed all spheres in the traps. There are no spheres left on the map.
