Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Panning with mouse wheel stopped working mid-game. Mouse wheel still zooms in/out. Panning works using keyboard but the game is nearly unplayable using this method. Mouse wheel still works in every other application. Have restarted game multiple times. Nothing works. First Colony Edition bundle.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. I can't NOT replicate it. I didn't do anything, it just started doing it mid-game.

Hard to understand how this can just happen in the middle of a game. FWIW I always use the keyboard arrow keys to pan, they work fine for me (I use the mouse in my left hand).

I don't suppose a Reset in Keybindings helps?

Testing on my system, in fact the scroll wheel does not pan anyway - it zooms in and out, and when pressed rotates the camera around that spot. Did you rebind zoom to the mouse wheel or something?
