Paradox Drones are delivering Fuel to a Rival Rocket, instead of trading Metals for Food. Rocket is from China.
Note: very close to the trading platform, on the ground, a capsule containing 2 drones and other resources as landed almost at same time. No other rockets are in land, but a Drone hub was in range of the platform, so the drones should be assigned to that drone hub...
May be related to Below and Beyond Patch, but I do not own the DLC yet (I'm waitting for the fixes).
