What is your game version?
1007783

Do you have Space Race installed?
No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Rocket menu only displays the first six lines and the only number seen is 12. Additionally, the video of the rocket seems to be reversing.
The game gets caught at this point and I need to alt-tab out of game.
Other bugs are being seen as well - flatten and ramp tools don't work at all, (no capacity to create a boundary for them) - the Dream sequence has been running and when the alerts appear, the colours of the planet surface change to a pink hue.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. After restarting the game, restarting the computer, verifying the game files in the epic launcher, loading earlier saves.
Note: no mods and only the free DLC installed.

This is happening to me too, its fixed when I start a new game but I don't really want to start a new game, it is brand new content so they might bring a fix soon

I suffer from the same Issue, but on PS5. Ever since the update it auto downloaded today, please help...only brought the game for a week...can't proceed further doesn't matter how many times I restart and load the game, the same problem occurs as soon as I go into the passenger menu.

Same issue for me. Steam platform, v. 1007783. Only happening since the latest update (with the new "Abstraction" splash screen). I *can* use "Tab" to get back to the main game, but the Passenger Rocket page is unusably broken. Affects old savegames also. I have all DLC except the Dome Upgrade Pack and B&B.

Flatten and Ramp tools are likewise broken for me. Boundary seems to be not just invisible but non-existent.

Also, as another Steam user noted, Seeds are broken: Seeds Depot registers as "Not Yet Available" and Seeds are not listed on Cargo Rocket import list.

it happens to me and i recently reported the same bug. The new update that in steam is tittled "below and beyond changelog" that add some features and add the amphiteathre in the original version, seems that a lot of bugs happens. I'd like to know if there is any way of downgrading the version of the game, so at least i could play normally

I'm having the exact same issue.
Playing on a Mac via Steam and have installed the Green Planet DLC.
After requesting 2 Passenger Rockets, the UI does not display any options when selecting Rocket -> Passenger Rocket. Screen shows a rocket without any options or buttons. Only possibility is to return by pressing Tab.
I also noticed Supply Rockets or Supply Pod do not allow for Seeds to be shipped.
Playing the base game in the past did not result in any issues. Recently bought and installed the Green Planet DLC.

Same issue here on Windows 10 / Epic Games giveaway version without any DLC.
Passenger rocket do not lists applicants, even when loading a previous save when this screen was still working.
Please Paradox fix this quickly as it is impossible to build a colony on Mars without being able to send colonists !
