What is your game version?

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Loading Beyond Earth Initiative rockets and they take off, at one point a rocket took off which triggered literally hundreds of rocket requests that filled the notification bar and brought the game framerate down to basically zero.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, my last save game is shortly before the rocket takes off and it happens every time.

I've found the same issue. Rocket takes off, then it demands to know the next initiative, and the next and the next, and when you get the windows to disappear it spams infinite rockets. Happens every time I load the save game. A quick fix would be good - I'm really enjoying that game.

I've gotten around it for now, luckily the last rocket was being loaded by an RC rover, when I moved that out of range it stopped being loaded and at least I can continue playing. This really needs a fix though...
