Description
Problem with Cement Extractors built inside the pit of previous extractors

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I had been trying to get all of the cement out of a pit, so I built some extractors inside of the remains of previous extractors to clean up the rest. Problem is, one of the extractors ended up not being reachable by drones for some reason after its construction. As a result, the extractor filled up, and drones ran in circles around the building to try, unsuccessfully, to reach the building. so, I demo-ed it, only to find out that demoing the building requires drones to finish the job, and they couldn't reach the building. I tried dumping drones in from an RC rover, this just resulted in drones sitting at the building but unable to do anything because now they're in a pit with no way out. in the end, I had to use other extractors to lower the ground behind the stuck extractor to the point that the drones could actually reach it again.
Can you replicate the issue?
It's such an off-the-wall issue that it'll probably be rather difficult to replicate, but it is replicatable. for example, stick a cement extractor in the richest area of a deposit. once it's empty, destroy it, then stick a new one inside of that pit, facing a different direction, with its back to one of the pit walls. You can do this with a north-facing excavator, then a south-facing excavator.
since the pit doesn't count as "uneven land" for the construction of anything (I built a dome later on on said pit), a fix for this would be to make it not block the movement of vehicles either.
