Remove oxygen consumption in domes permanently

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I'd call it an exploit. I place a farm or hydroponic farm in a dome and destroy it immediately after it is constructed and before anyone starts working there, because I tested it to learn how it works and somehow having a colonist start working in the farm makes it not work, and somehow the reduced oxygen consumption given by the farm stays even after the farm has been destroyed.
So in short, placing multiple farms and quickly destroying them before anyone start working there makes you not need any oxygen at all for the dome, nullifying the need for a moxie.
Can you replicate the issue?
I can replicate it. Basically I during a dust storm had run out of oxygen and in a wild panic placed a bunch of farms(both hydroponic and regular) to try and have as many plants as possible producing oxygen so I wouldn't need to rely on a moxie or oxygen tanks, and noticed that after I had destroyed them that the oxygen needed for the life support of the dome was 0. I also waited several sols to see it it just takes time for it to update but it stayed permanent.
I later recreated it on my Twitch stream to show my viewers and we tried different things to see exactly how it works.
It is something with the farm providing the reduced oxygen value as soon as it is created rather than after a colonist starts working there. We also tried shutting it down after a colonist started working there and that did not provide the oxygen when shut down or after being destroyed.
Alsoalso it doesn't matter what dome you do it in, I tried micro dome, basic dome and mega trigon and all of them worked.

But it shouldn't be a problem to recreate it yourselves, just place two farms in an unoccupied micro dome(or any dome really but of course you'd need more farms for bigger domes) and remove the farms.
