Research Screen Doesn't Scroll

What is your game version?
227.923

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I open up the research screen, I am unable to scroll left and right in order to access later research techs that require scrolling.

Can you replicate the issue?
It happens every time I open the research screen.

Have you moved your mouse to the right hand edge of the screen? Took me a while to figure out that's what you had to do

This screen was un-intuitive for me as well. It took me several minutes and much frustration to figure it out. Some UI indicator would be appreciated. (scroll bar, arrows, or something)

Maybe even add support for scrolling left and right using wasd and arrow keys.

took me a few attempts to figure it out, i use borderless window mode and it can be annoying to edge scroll without going out of the window, i would prefer the mouse scroll wheel but wasd would be nice too
