Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
So at SOL 151 all of the resource shipments went missing, can still do pre-fabs, etc but all the resources are gone, to the elevator, shipping to astroids, and from earth. I am playing the mystery of earth on fire, where they go to war, and at this point the earth did just cut off supply rockets, then the information went missing. but this should not affect the elevator/astroid rocket...

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes, i loaded a prebious save it had the resources back then at the same SOL as the previous save it then again made the resources go missing.

i have the same issue (War on Earth)
as soon as the resources from earth becomes unavailable, any resources (metal, polymer, electronic, machine parts) are no longer available in any transports
ex: from Mars to underground. Prefab are OK but any resources cannot be transported. have to use a RC transport
From Mars to the asteroid, i have the same issue. first rocket worked fine (pre-War) but as soon as the war started. i could no longer bring additional resources on the rocket. Prefab are fine but basic and advanced resources are problematic.
before the war started. the resources could be transported to asteroid or underground. once started. they can't.
