Resources not visible/clickable when zoomed in

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When viewing map zoomed out resources are visible, once zoomed into map all resources that have been discovered through scanning the area disappear. I cannot select the hexagon where the resources that have become visible after scanning are to see stats, or plan expansion. A few misc. auto saves show way earlier game play that the resources are still visible, and select-able when zoomed in. Other saved game play/maps are not having this issue, making this a new bug so far that is specific to this play through. Not using mods or any DLC, have two instances of this play through saved, as a primary and a backup and the issue is happening in both instances. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Please attach here the latest (ONLY!) game log file, from here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Plus, DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.


And the saved gamefile:
C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\{large number}\
