Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
As in description. Rockets wont launch after I installed the new patch. I loaded a save game, if that information helps

Only sollution is to destroy the rocket and buy a new one.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yep. Reloaded the same savegame and waited for the rocket to land a get empty of resources, and fueled up. Launch button still doesnt work.

A work around is to select the option to put the rocket into Automated Mode, and then immediately toggle it back off. Rocket will launch normally.

I'm having the same problem and this didn't work for me.

Automated Mode will only launch the rocket when it is full of Rare Metals apparently.

You will also find that the RV will stop loading and unloading as well, it may take a little while but if you use it for a time it will ignore the command to load and unload, if you destroy it and get another one it will work for a time to then stop. There seems to be a point when it just stops, it will only function on the auto mode like rocket, if you tell it to collect metal and set the path it works, but that is a very limited feature, I use the RV all the time to move things so this is quite useless now, along with the grounded rockets, basically the game is unplayable until they fix it, which I hope is soon!

If you see the post before yours then the devs need a saved game that contains the issue you have so it can be investigated. Maybe you could post yours?

I just cleared out all my saved games, the only ones I have now are the autosaves and they are on a new one I just started to see if it does it again, dam... Did not think about doing that!

I'm experiencing the rocket not taking off as well (I posted about it in another thread).

I could attach a few saved games to demonstrate if it helps.

Where do I find the saved games?

Here's my rocket, Hector. Try to launch it and nothing happens.

Autosave Sol 41
Here's an earlier autosave Sol 41. The rocket currently on Mars (Achilles) will launch no problem but the inbound one (Hector) won't take off once refuelled.

This is a game started before the spirit patch. Both these saves are from after the patch landed.

New patch today didn't help me either. Rockets won't launch from Mars.

edit: This is on my save from Wednesday, all my rockets were at Earth, none on Mars (all set to manual). After patch, I sent a rocket to Mars, which I now can't send back to Earth. It won't launch. This has nothing to do with rockets that were on Mars when patch came, or in flight when patch came, and I have no dust storms as well.

Again, savegames would be appreciated. Try reporting using the in-game bug reporting tool (Ctrl-F1) - it allows you to attach the current state of the game as a savegame with the bug report.

My rockets won't launch from Mars after the patch and still don't launch after the hotfix. I'm attaching two saves: "Mikal" was the last save before the patch, "DEAD" is my most recent file after almost total colony collapse due to the issue.

The only tiny piece of good news is that this particular bug will not happen in a new playthrough.

We'll get the ball rolling on a new hotfix, but I can't promise anything about the timing (other that it can't happen before late Monday).

No stress. Thanks for looking at it. I've already got "Site B" up and running where we're learning from our past mistakes.

Aside, I've been very impressed with the patches you're cranking out and the fact you took time to look at save files. Great job, everyone.

is this bug bound to rockets allready landed on mars?
Or are any savegames, even without rockets on mars affected?
