Rocks turn into green

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Suddenly all my rocks on the map turned into a green color.
If i start a new game, the rocks look normal, but if i load this save, they still have the same issue.
The issue is there both with and without mods enabled.
Can you replicate the issue?
Not right away no.
I believe it happened during/right after I was messing around in the Photo filter mode, but not 100% sure.
