Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When Shadowed Solar Panels Mod is active and you going to build a Solar Panel the builed Solar Panel never produce energy. After some time the Solar Panel change his state to "not within controller commander range", even if is is directly next to a working drone hub.
When disabling the Mod the issue still persists, but when destroying the Solar Panel and building a new one the Solar Panel work as is should.

Can you replicate the issue?
1. Install and activate the Shadowed Solar Panels Mod by Haemimont Games
2. Build a Large Solar Panel in a new or loaded game session
3. See that the Solar Panel never produce energry
4. Wait some time
5. The Solar panel change state to "not within controller commander range"
6. Save game session
7. Disable Shadowed Solar Panels Mod by Haemimont Games
8. Load game session
9. See that the Solar Panel have the same issue
10. Destroy the Solar Panel and build a new one
11. See that the Solar Panel work as it should
