Shifts get stuck, buildings do not work properly

Sometimes buildings get stuck on the work shift in which they were built. Unfortunately, I did not notice this error immediately, but only when my extractors were stuck on a non-working night shift. As a result, in the same dome, there could be buildings in which all different shifts were highlighted as active at the same time. I observed this error in a variety of buildings, in any building with changing shifts (shops, farms, ranches, factories, extractors, skyscrapers, even the Makhorovichich mine). Employees would come and go to the workplace with stuck work shift when they are supposed to. But, if the building gets stuck on a non-working shift, it does not have the desired effect on the colonists, does not produce resources, and so on. And if it gets stuck on a work shift, it produces an effect, produces resources constantly, even if the workers are not present (because they would still arrive on time), even if the rest of the shifts are disabled. And it will also waste energy, water and other resourses even during a non-working shift time.
This bug does not always occur. Sometimes buildings are built and shifts change as expected.
I watched as the situation resolved and the building began to work as expected when it was repaired after a breakdown (due to a lightning strike, I think). I tried to wait for the building to break down without maintenance, but after the repair, the shifts did not begin to change. On the other hand, some buildings worked normally initially (for example, farms definitely produced food, the Mohorovicic mine definitely produced resources), but after some event (I suspect once again that it was a lightning strike on the dome or the building itself) the shifts "broke "and stuck.
On screenshots you can see that its nighttime, third shift, but some buildings highlight first or second shift as active.
