Shuttle Icon not appearing whe using Space Race DLC

Space Race, Green Planet, Stellaris Dome Set, Marsvision Song Contest, Colony Design Set, In-Dome Buildings Pack
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
If you install and use the Space Race pack the Shuttle Hub Icon doesn't appear inside the UI
Can you replicate the issue?
if you uninstall the Space Race DLC, the game works fine. But I already got a game going. Disabling the DLC, disables my save game
