Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
No mods. Shuttles are going into standby mode at a location away from shuttle hub. They go and stack there. Not sure if it's just visual or functional. Some shuttles still seem to function normally. See attached save file and screenshot.

Can you replicate the issue?
I can't manipulate the shuttles. Not sure how the shuttles did it to themselves. Rebooted and problem persisted.

I tried loading your save and they may have fixed it, since they all fly away?
