What is your game version?
Below and beyond hotfix 4

What DLC do you have installed?
Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Stellaris Dome Set, Marsvision Song Contest, Colony Design Set, Project Laika, In-Dome Buildings Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After completing the mystery of the spheres, the dialog never goes away for "cold wave" and the dialog for "Sphere countdown: 101%" (why 101?) Safe file attached. I can cancel the mystery log, but not these last two dialogs.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Complete the sphere mystery.

I have the same problem with "St. Elmo's Fire".
The dialogue "Waiting final results" just stay on the screen forever , even if all the research is done and I made my choice to get power for water.


I have all DLC's except for the Stellaris Dome and the ... Colony design set?
Current game version that ends with ...298


I just found something even worse related to this same problem.
I tried to delete my "Large water tank" that is related to my mystery to see if I could get this permanent notification to stop showing up.

It caused another more serious bug instead.
After having saved and restarted the game, I no longer have any notifications at all, even if I can see in my bottom right corner that there should be (5) notifications on the mars surface and (2) below the surface.

All notifications are simply disabled and no longer visible after having removed the tank.
