Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the patch all of my research buildings and spires had no one assigned and even though i had more than enough people unemployed in the same dome no one would take the jobs. I manually assigned people to work and in a short while they all left and became unemployed again. This happened over and over. Rockets will not launch after the patch either. These are game breaking problems.

Can you replicate the issue?
I have no mods installed and it keeps happening.

Same issue. I hav ea spire with 32 unemployed people and 3 fully open research lab slots being unworked

+1. Water reclamation spire, medical spire & Sanatorium, none will accept workers.

Just downloaded update, fired up the game and same thing happening to me too. Plus I can't launch my rockets back to Earth (although I fixed that with a mod, which is a shame...). I'm done with this game for today, hope to see a new update tomorrow, because at this moment it's unplayable.

Seems this happens only on already existing buildings of that types.
Building them again should fix that problem.

Same issue. I've had to destroy and rebuild my research labs and now scientists have started working there again.

I am having the same issue, I reassigned 30ish people manually only to within 2 days all leave again.

Same issue on research buildings. Windows 10/Steam.

I noticed, that it only happens in the domes, that were built and populated before the Spirit update. When I activated the dome, which was built before update, but had no colonists - seems to work fine.

I was thankfully in a spot I could, but I knocked down my spire and research buildings and replaced with new. Work as expected now. Did not have an issue with any other building.

Colony was working fine until the Spring patch. Then I had to destroy and rebuild 5 Research buildings and 4 Water Reclamation Systems to get colonists to occupy these work slots.
