Strange Colonist Behavior (DEATHS)

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have some problems in this colony, specifically colonists are starving because food distribution is shut down due to lack of electronics to maintain drone hubs.
When about 100 colonists were near death from starvation, something strange happened.
All of the starving colonists flocked, on foot, toward a landed rocket near my new oval dome (which was trying to get electronics production up and running fast enough to prevent this, but failed).
They all board the rocket, in space suits... and then immediately run back out of it in normal clothes, with "starving" icons above their heads, and then fall down dead at the bottom of the ramp. I'm not sure if that location is coincidental because of the starvation, or because they ran outside without pressure suits and died in Mars's barely-existant atmosphere... either way, it was very surreal to watch this stream of people run into a ship, strip out of their suits, run back out, and fall down dead in precisely the same spot.
Even stranger, some of them made it back across the map to their dome WITHOUT PRESSURE SUITS, while others have suffocating listed as their cause of death. Others have starvation or dehydration listed. Very strange...
