Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I have gone through the event chain where they ask for help repairing and moved a rover near by. The button indicated in this report is not present when clicking on the rover needing repair.

In addition the terraforming dozer does not appear to work anymore. It is stuck trying to supply waste rock.
Can you replicate the issue?
I went back a save and at the point of the event the button doesn't show up either.
