Description
toggling valve causes oxigen/water shortage

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
While dealing with a dust storm, I activated a (previously disabled) pipe valve that connected a new water excavator with my colony; doing so caused both domes in my main colony to be considered out of air and out of water, despite the fact that both domes have plenty of resources. Untoggling the valve changes nothing, however every time I activate the valve the colony suffers air/water shortage.

I deleted the valve which causes the same issue as toggling it. However, deleting part of the pipe network beyond the valve, then deleting the valve, then rebuilding the pipe network avoids triggering the problem.

Possible cause: I originally built the valve and untoggled it while there was a pipe leakage near the valve, on its north side. Said pipe flaw has been fixed since then but there might be some boolean or value that didn't properly reset?

- file content: 2 autosaves, the day41 save is before I first encountered the bug, in sector I4 you will find the problematic valve, toggle it and you will immediately have the bug. Day43 save is after I already triggered the bug. Weirdly, not only are water and air affected, but energy as well - when the solar panels come online, the power shortage will not change, which I cannot explain and cannot reproduce by starting from day41. Also dumping resources from the transport rover doesn't increase the total # of supplies in the outliner.

Can you replicate the issue?
as commented above, yes if you take the same steps.
