Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I try to load up a new game Surviving Mars will crash me back to my Dashboard on Xbox One X, and when I try to load a game the game will freeze up with the music just froze in the background, so I have hard reset. So at the moment I am unable to play this game.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes every time I try to start a new game or load a game.

Same problem on xbox one, terms and conditions page all pixelated, tried uninstalling twice, tried without any addons also. No luck.

For what it's worth, on Xbox One, I was able to play the game with all DLC uninstalled. Once I add any DLC, it crashes on New Game or Load Game.

Thanks for this, I have removed all DLC and it works now, but now my problem is I paid for top tier edition and cannot use the extras / DLCs.
I hope the team have a fix because there are going to be a lot of angry players not being able to use the items they have paid for.
