Surviving Mars updates

I'm with you guys I've tried all the tricks I can get the base game to work and load without any of the updates installed but I paid for the deluxe edition which I can't play I'm going to assume it has something to do with the patches/updates.

if you look at the most recent thread on this exact topic, you'd see they are aware of the issue and a patch is inbound shortly.
