Description
Using the Flatten-Terrain tool seems to break game's controls, completely game breaking

Windows

GoG

What is your game version?
1011166

What DLC do you have installed?
Space Race, Green Planet, Below and Beyond, Stellaris Dome Set, Colony Design Set, Project Laika, In-Dome Buildings Pack

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
The game stops responding to my inputs. I can still use WSAD to move around the map, and use the spacebar to freeze or unfreeze time, but no other inputs work. Left or right clicks with my mouse do not do anything so I cannot actually play the game. Notably, the description panel of the 'flatten terrain' tool stays on the right-hand side of the screen, despite the flatten terrain tool itself not actually appearing. The game doesn't respond to any clicks, right or left, on anything on the screen. The ESC key doesn't do anything either. This completely game-breaking, makes the game entirely unusable. I can't access the pause menu, either by pressing ESC or clicking the menu button in the lower-right corner, so I have no choice but to CTRL+ALT+DELETE and force-stop the game in the task manager.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. Every single time I right click and select the 'flatten terrain' tool, the tool fails to appear on screen, and then the bug appears. I've replicated this without fail about 6 times in a row.

This is just in that particular save you've attached? Or in any colony you play?

Either way Immediately after the next such crash, Please attach here the latest (ONLY!) game log file, from here:
C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Roaming\Surviving Mars\logs\
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Plus, DXDIAG is a program you run from the Windows search box on the task bar. After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.
