Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Win 10. Breakthroughs that dont manifest after research: Ganamede rice, Sterling generator upgrade (more power from generators), Robotic service droids. RC rover doesnt always travel through tunnels (despite other rovers having no problem). Rocket that wont lift off and gets stuck on the lifting off information.

Can you replicate the issue?
I May be able to, but most of these errors only become apparent after hours of game play. Sorry, im not a tester.

Sorry, I cant help you, but I've similar problems and thought starting a new thread would waste important space...

I've bought Surviving Mars today and after installing it together with the update(s), there where no problems starting the game.
Also starting a new campaign, was no problem at all, but after the map loaded (pic related) I couldnt navigate anymore, because of the graphic failures.

I set the graphic-options on the recommended high, but changing it to normal or low didnt change anything, the graphicfailure remained.

I cant play the game like this

The RV loader has stopped loading and unloading since the Spirit patch Hot Fix, it will operate only on the set path command you can set it to collect metal and return to base, but anything apart from that is ignored! You can't load odd resources or unload them? It was working perfectly until the Hot Fix which apparently fixed the rockets that had the same problem (would only work on automatic). It has transferred the issue! Now I did not use a saved game and started completely from scratch, PLUS I have no mods installed nor have I ever installed any on this game to date. The RV just stopped loading as soon as it got off the rocket? As it is only SOL 4 I don't know if anything else is wrong yet. However, I need to move the landing site and I can not without my RV. Also this is my most used item for me and needs to function as normal. When it operates normally, you click on the resource and it gives a highlight and sound, now it responds just as if your clicking on a NON-Resource item like a standard rock it just beeps at you and does not highlight anything. So for some reason it is thinking everything outside the set path command is just a rock!

I have done over 230 hours on the game so far and this has just started since the Hot Fix, everything else seem to be ok from what I can tell?
