Vehicle Stuck Inside Dome (RC Explorer)

What is your game version?
Version before Patch to 227.923

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I had an RC Explorer recharging on a power line next to the dome. There were pipes built above the cable as well. I built a normal Metal Extractor right up against the dome and the pipes. The RC Explorer got pushed into the inside of the dome.

Now i can't get the RC Explorer out.

No mods installed.

Can you replicate the issue?
Haven't tried to reproduce the issue.

I have had a similar problem. I had a metal depot that was being topped up by the RC Transport, and accidentally issued a build command for a pipe that created a loop from one dome port to another one. The Transport wandered in at just the wrong time, the final pipe segment got built, and now the Transport is completely trapped inside the pipes -- which cannot be deleted for some reason.
