Win10 Surviving Mars Not Starting. I5 11400f + 16GB Ram + HD4670. Intel driver update utility found no update. Tried compability mode with Win 7 but no avail.

No

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
Whenever I start the game a white screen appears and then disappears. No mod installed. First time playing game.

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes .Happens everytime I start the game.

Your AMD driver is from 2015, that is probably the issue here:

- uninstall it with this tool:

https://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx

- reboot
- install the latest from here:

http://support.amd.com/en-us/download

- reboot again

I tried your suggestions but game was not started again. Now I have my faulty graphic card back after repair and now game is running. So I think problem was the old graphic card.
