Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I'm below ground the shift will not change when time passes above ground. This leads to a shift getting "stuck" until the next shift change. Among other problems, this causes significant disruption when using solar panels by pushing the day shift out of sync with daytime.)

Can you replicate the issue?
Yes. I go into the below ground segment some time before a shift change. Then, I go back above and the old shift is still active.

Same issue.
If you save the game. The game on load still has the wrong shifts set up.
