Isn't it time for Paradox to think about making a sequel to one of its very first games? Paradox is a Swedish company, but it has only one game about Sweden! How come?

CORRECTION: Crown of the North, not Svea Rike

There is a Svea Rike III as well. It is known as "Crown of the North" in English. I don't think it's likely that we will ever see another Svea Rike, not saying that I wouldn't buy any sequels the second I saw them.

Yeah, I meant a sequel to the "Crown of the North." I played both CotN and Two Thrones and I really liked it. EU4 is too global - I'd like something focused on Scandinavia.

Mods are a thing. There are two for EU3; Denmarkia Universalis and Scandinavia Universalis if I remember correctly. They focus on Denmark and Scandinavia respectively, though I haven't used either in a long time. Not sure if they are even updated.
