Hello there! I've checked the save file you attached, which as I understand was taken before the issue occurred, and I noticed that 'Sami' is an accepted culture (check the screenshot I attached) while in the screenshot you provided it is not. Did you demote the culture beforehand or did it not show up on your end as accepted?
