Switching East Inda to another computer

I haven't had EiC long, just a couple of weeks.. I put it on my laptop, but 3 days ago my laptops touch pad when out, so I tried placing the game on my desktop but it will not let me, it tells me its already tied to another computer under my key, how can i fix this issue?
