Description​

Playing as Switzerland:

Armor template with light tanks (tanks have speed of 7.2 km/h) has a max speed of 4 km/h. It works perfectly fine with medium tanks

When changing to Extensive conscription the free manpower doesn't update. The manpower box says Total Manpower 1.76M, Used Manpower in the Army 824k, Air 27k, Navy 34k. So there should be almost 900k deployable manpower but it's 0.
