Syncretic Evolution Bug for Xbox One S

1. What platform are you using?
Xbox One S

2. What version of the game are you using?
V: butler V2.8.1.55991

3. What DLC do you have installed?
All but federation

4. When did this start happening?
2day ago: first boot up in months

5. Can you replicate it, if so, please explain how
This bug is consistant on each restart and re-install

6. Does this happen on all saves or just specific ones?
All

7. What steps have you taken to try and solve this yourself (reinstall, Google error code etc)?
Restart and a reinstall.

THE ISSUE:
-Anyone in the bottom stratum is given the orange slave banner and modifiers, even the ruling species.
-Though the rights entitled to the rulling species is full citizenship, there are half that are classified as slave and any new pop births are registered as slave; so no one is allow to get into a stratum above the bottom stratum.

What are your civics? From the looks of this, only slave guilds/indentured servants civic would give this result and that is intended

Also you are mistaking something. Clerks are in the worker stratum and therefore can be slaves. Check that again and your civics and species rights for the enslaved pops.

You say that the pops don't go into the higher strata, but your specialists and rulers are taken up apart from your enforcer. If you just favourite and unfavourite that job and your crime will be fixed. And slaves prioritise taking all jobs but clerks because you can get more resources from other ones (and the slaver guilds civic bonus to slaves does not affect trade value) so that's why you have almost no clerks.
