Hello there! The present is a design choice and not a bug. Notice that "Unreformed" faith alone provides opinion bonus with faiths that have "Syncretic Folk Traditions" Tenet. The mentioned Tenet provides opinion bonus with Unreformed faiths. That is why the opinion bonus is doubled in that case. If you have any further questions about it, don't hesitate to ask about it on the main forum for the game.
