Systems with No resources/deposits

So I've started several new games and used the Survey console command to look over all the systems in these new games and about 5% of the systems will have no resources/deposits in them.
I don't believe its a mod as the mods I use only add races/Traits and a UI overhaul.

Which files are directly responsible for generating these deposits?

Your file request is probably best handled by the good folks in User Mods, so over there we go!

But you might test this with a new galaxy with no mods enabled, just in case.

Galaxy Resources are handled in:
steamapps\common\Stellaris\common\deposits\01_orbital_deposits.txt

However, the 00_null_deposit in the same folder is the thing that makes sure that there's almost always at least some resource in the system, but not being considered for primary stars.

That being said, it's perfectly normal for some systems to have no resources, because stars can spawn anomalies, and when they do, the deposit gets removed. 5%, if accurate, seems excessive though.

These are from a game I just made and did the Survey command for, no anomalies in the system and nothing of value, this is also one of the lower amount of Zero resource maps I had. as others there were large groups with nothing on them.
