Taking a county is crashing my game

So there i was having my verry successful Roman Empire campaign, i declare war on this Rum tributary state that holds the duchy of Mesopotamia, i had my CB and everything...after a brief sucsessful war, the second the very millisecond i unpaused the game after taking the duchy my game crashes and boots me straight to the desktop. Not even a "CK2 as stoped working".

Getting suspicious i use cheats to find out where the issue was lying...first i take the duchy and it crashes.
Then i go county by county and figure out that Khliat (c_mesopotamia 702) is the cause of the crash because when i took all other counties the game didn't crash.
Finally i switch to playing as the tributary leader, game crashed straight to desktop as soon as i unpause the game.

Can anyone help me figure out why this is happening please?

If there are no mods involved, I'd suggest you post this in Bug reports, with an attached save game file showing the problem.

Then QA can look into it.

So i guess this is pointless but i feel like i should inform you of the ludicrously funny/weird outcome of my issue...turns out a cosmetic mod that switched the greek unit's axe with a sword was causing the crash...i have no idea how that connects to me taking a county but as soon as i turned of that mod and took the county the game didn't crash when i unpaused it...the world is full of wonders.
