Anyone has any idea how to tame wild dragons? In the last two bookmarks, if Dany dies early, her dragons will go wild. It's a shame to waste them.

They should be in the court of a lord (oft time the Lord of Dragonstone or the sunglass castle). Lead troops there and you should get the intrigue option to "Face the Dragon". Beware if your not a Valyrian you will get rekt.
