Tax names during Taxation Tour don't match in the Activity Log and in the mini-popup

Description​

During a Taxation Tour I was first very happy when I noticed the activity that my ruler ordered a new tax in a county. But when I went to Activity Log to see what else had happened during the Tour, I noticed that the same tax event had different name for the tax in two places.

In my game in the pop-up the tax was called Sword sheath Tax but in the Activity Log it is called Spear Tax, I attached a screenshot and a save.

This is not game breaking by any means but I think it would make the experience a tiny bit more immersive if the tax name was the same both in the pop-up as well as in the activity log.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Go on a Taxation Tour
2. Wait for an activity to occur where the ruler decides on a new tax during a Stop
3. Compare the tax name in the pop-up to the Activity Log and notice it is different
