Hi all !

I have a problem with EU. I FINALLY bought it, only to discover that it crashed for no apparent reason whatsoever. My computer meets, and exeeds, the system requirements. It crashed mostly when I declared war, but it could also do it at other times. I persuaded the shop where I bought it to take it back, but I wanna know what the probable cause was. Was it my PC, or the game itself that was the problem ?

My PC has 128 RAM, 750 megaherz, and 20 GB HDD.

are you talking about EU 1 or EU 2?

In any case, see the "running problems" thread, suggestions can be found there.

Both game still have some issues with CTDs (crash to desktop) but it shouldn't be as bad as you are describing it.

I have already replied to this elsewhere.
As he no longer has the game there is not much we can try to find the cause
