Technical problems

Hi!

I have a technical problem with Hearts of Iron 2: when i instaled the game for the first time everything seemed fine and i played perfectly, but when i exited the game and tried to play it again my pc restarts when the main menu is loading... i had to unistall and install the game so that i manage to play... Sometimes when game just shuts off without warning... Can you help me with these problems?, my pc is P4 2.6Ghz, 512mb ram and i have win Xp as OS.

Okay let's try some standard things.
1) Rename the AVI folder to AVI_back
2) Set the color depth to 16BIT
3) Turn off everything in the background like E-mail/ICQ/Messenger, Virus protection and everything in the system tray beside the clock.
4) Update your Windows, update your Video card drivers and audio card drivers. Then repeat steps 1-3.
