Teleporting prisoners

My prisoners sometime do a weird teleporting glitch kind of thing. I had several prisoners overdose, but they weren't taken to the infirmary. When they died they immediately teleported to the morgue and I got the death pop up and went to an empty bed where they would have been dead.
Also, it has also been doing something similar to when I recruit my CI's (prison snitches) and request to come to security. Once they step foot in security, for a brief second they highlight what they know then immediately teleport back to their cell.
I need help figuring out how to fix this.

There was a bug that sounds a bit like that fixed in the latest patch The Rock 1.05 - is that what you are on?

When was it updated? And yes that is what I am currently on.

I was having this problem just last weekend and it is frustrating. I was actually sad that a poisoner I liked died without getting help.

I have not done any mods as of yet. The only things are the base game with island bound and the criminal insane.
