Found this mod buried on the workshop that fixes IG support not switching when pops promote. In 1.9.2, a pop that promotes will not switch its IG if the new profession has no base support for the old IG. For example, since capitalists have no base support for the rural folk, any RF-supporting pop that promotes to capitalist will retain its support for the RF.

This mod makes it so all professions have a tiny amount of base attraction to each IG, which allows pops to switch IG support when promoting. Here's a SC from my Argentina game showing capitalists displaying proper IG support, compared to the 20% TU/RF in 1.9.2

Here is the link to the mod that fixes this bug.

I tested both this mod and one hosted in the Bugs Report forum. Neither seem to fix PB. For whatever reason they, and only they, still display as having 0.0 Total Attraction, meaning that pops won't recalculate. As a result pretty much all my capitalists support PB with about 40% even though they have 0% attraction.
