Temporary planet modifiers do not have a timer.

Temporary planet modifiers do not have a timer. It says: "Läuft in TIME ab." I have German localisation and that applies no matter which modifier. I play via PS4, have the latest version, have all DLC's including the C6 portrait, yes it is replicable no matter which planet modifier. I can't send a screenshot unfortunately.
