terrible error with war and vassals

When you are at war with a muslim/pagan and capture an enemy province, the province becomes automaticaly yours.

Let's suppose that you create a new County in the province... Very nice action, but the new count will NOT be at war with the infidels!

And a further problem. Let's suppose that you sign the peace with the muslims. Very well, but your vassals, that declared war upon them in defense of your realm, will remain in war (and defenceless).

Yeah, that sucks. I think it can be justified somewhat as otherwise playing a duke who has a king might get boring.
